The Company has seven subsidiaries, including PT Grahabuana Cikarang, a real estate company; PT Indocargomas Persada, an industrial developer; PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, a real estate and industrial management company; PT Gerbang Teknologi Cikarang, an industrial developer; PT Padang Golf Cikarang, a golf course operator; PT Saranapratama Pengembangan Kota, a real estate infrastructure company, and PT Metropark Condominium Indah.

Kija Revenue dari tahun 2005 sampe tahun 2007 terus menurun, Net Income mengalami penurunan drastis sejak tahun 2004, Cash flow tidak mempunyai arah yang jelas dan tidak bisa mempertahankan di level positif, Cash terus menurun, debt meningkat tajam di tahun 2007 walaupun rasio DER masih di bawah 1.
